Austin Dovin
Senior Pastor
Austin was called to lead High View Baptist Church as Senior Pastor at the beginning of 2026. Driven by a passion for preaching, discipleship, and equipping believers to know and treasure Jesus more deeply, he is dedicated to shepherding the congregation with intentionality.
Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Truman State University and a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Alicia, have been married since 2018 and have called Colorado home since 2021. Together with their son, Hudson, and their two pets—a golden retriever and a cat—they are thrilled to be an active part of the Woodland Park community.
When he isn’t at the church, you can usually find Austin enjoying the outdoors—fishing, golfing, or biking—or catching a Chiefs game. He is an avid reader, a sports enthusiast, and always enjoys a good cup of coffee at a local shop. Whether it’s a walk in the park with Hudson or a conversation over coffee, Austin and Alicia look forward to connecting with you!

Susan Hollis
Worship Leader
Susan Hollis currently serves as the Worship Leader at Highview Baptist Church, where she has faithfully led the congregation in worship for the past three years. In addition to her current role, Susan has spent several decades serving on worship teams, using her musical gifts to glorify God and encourage believers.
Susan’s journey of faith began in 1976 when, while hitchhiking across America, she encountered the life-changing love of Jesus Christ and committed her life to Him. That transformative experience shaped the course of her life and ministry. Since the 1970s, she has been writing and performing original music, blending heartfelt lyrics with a deep love for God and a desire to share Christ’s message of hope and redemption.
Recently, Susan formed YoBro, a dynamic band and acting troupe that creatively combines music, storytelling, and performance to communicate faith in fresh and engaging ways. She is also currently working on an EDM album, expanding her musical reach into new creative territory while continuing to center her work on worship and the love of Christ.
Whether leading worship, writing, performing, or producing new music, her greatest joy is helping others encounter Jesus and experience His grace, freedom, and unfailing love.
